10 Jun Register For Our March Webinar
I’m spent. I think everyone in the house is spent.
If I am being honest, we are going to go for a walk around the hood and then I am coming back to make potato and kale soup with the artists.
Under different circumstances, I would just tell the kiddos to watch a movie and wait. But these circumstances are different.
I’m going to reschedule the webinar for next Sunday followed by our workroom chat. I’m so sorry those who have carved out the time for tonight.
I’ll leave you with a bit of pre-work:
Wishing you good health and a restful night.
“Britt. The thing I admire the most about you is your sense of freedom.”

Setting boundaries, physically, morally, mentally, or emotionally, can be tough for those of us who have been socialized to prioritize the needs of others above ourselves. If you find yourself exhausted by doing things for others, struggling to say no and discussing the “hard stuff,” then this webinar is for you.
Let’s stop the feelings of anger, resentment, and self-doubt causing us to waver in our justice work.
Let’s start to set and maintain boundaries. Your relationships will become stronger; enabling open and honest communication, increasing trust and liberation.
You will start to give yourself permission to show up as you are and release the heavy burden of others.
